Of all those, Langley is easiest, and the trail approach gets you closest of any. Split has a steep talus section to navigate. Williamson has a tough Class 3 crack to climb, and getting to the base of the mountain is a long grind. Sill requires some glacier climbing and then some high third class work.

I think you might prefer to see how far you can get on Whitney. Since you are going overnight, take crampons and ice axe, plan on going slow and steady, and you can make it. If you are in condition, acclimatization will be the biggest issue -- try to spend two nights at altitude before hitting the trail.
