Just to give some info for anyone else that may have supplied an expired card or had an issue with the credit card company....
My credit card company had a security issue and suggested several weeks ago that we close our account and open a new one. I of course completely agreed (I've already been thru one round of identify theft. Not fun.), but then I remembered the Whitney lottery. Crap! What to do?!!
I had tried calling the permit office about a week or so ago. However, at that time they weren't even taking calls. I decided to wait it out. Well, today I got an email explaining they needed updated cc info. No problem! I called them up, got right through, and now a reservation letter is on its way! I'm so stoked! I tried to get the dates over the phone, but that was just wishful thinking.
