FDR -- thank you also. Your times are impressive! I'm chalking it up to your more frequent hiking and relative youth? (Meaning, if I matched those two characteristic I like to think I'd be on a par with you. On the other hand, you know what they say about assumptions!)
Also impressive is just the fact of your doing the R to R to R. AND the fact that you do South to North (harder than South to North) the second day, after the energy expended the first day.
Totally brain busting to me is the fact of trail runners doing R to R to R in a day. It's not fair!
What is the "corkscrew"? Where is it?
