I do believe the signs are an issue.

One thing that no one seems to want to acknowledge, but which I think is a very operational issue: hypoxia.

I believe that a significant proportion of people have a brain malfunction due to lack of oxygen, and are as impared as though they were drunk.

A lot of people have reported hallucinations. Why would they not think a sign is another?

I believe that judgement is one of the first things affected, so people may look at signs, but not comprehend them, or misinterpret them.

I believe that many people may have their vision impared by hypoxia witout realizing it, and they may have difficulty reading..the sign may be a blur and/or unreadable.

In conclusion, I think the signs are inadequate, and they prove to be every single year. What was Einstein's definition of insanity?
