I have a question with respect to the ascent.
I will also be doing this trip on the 26-29th of July, and I am wondering if there is a need to carry all the gear up to the summit, rather than leaving it it behind at Anvil or any lower points wherever you may camp? Weather would be my only concern - and reason to bring all my gear to the summit.
I haven't seen anyone mention this aspect of the hike up...
Any help is appreciated!
