Yes, Chris, this is where being short will have its advantages (I bought my bivy one size too big and I LOVE it). Mike is right: due to the fact that my sack was roomier, I was able to change in it AND prop up on my elbows and read my book, too. Also, I was able to fit everything at the bottom of the sack (emtied backpack and stuffed it on the bottom with my boots) I would bee hard pressed to ever use a tent, again.
