Very sad for the Brock family. Words can't express how badly they must feel.
On a second note, THIS is what a flash flood is. I get so annoyed when I read newspaper articles about flooding, and the writers can't help but put the "flash" in front of flood. Flash floods come with almost no warning, and can be a raging wall of water tearing down a canyon.
