HikealongPete couldn't even sell his Whitney Trail videos.

Google can't provide trail hike videos of someone hiking the whole trail.

Anyone who makes a living from pictures would be banned unless they paid up. I sure don't think it is right.

I suppose this site can still post pictures, since it is non-profit, but what about pictures posted on Facebook?

FS has finally issued a clarification that establishes that only ventures bringing sets, models, actors, props etc into wilderness will be affected, not people just hiking along with ordinary equipment. Doesn't even seem the matter whether its a commercial venture, just whether it brings lights, sets, out of place props etc into the backcountry.
