Yah, that happened to us, once. We learned our lesson. Wait. twice. Well.... sometimes it takes a bit, LOL. One time the tent was just moved about 6 feet - it had been lifted up and floated in the Tetons. The other time it was blown right over with the door facing upward to the deluge... it was closed, but the zipper couldn't hold back and there was SIX INCHES of water in it when we got back. Luckily the thermarests had all stacked up on top of each other so we only lost one sleeping bag to the soaking. Irony, we had camped up in the mountains and driven down to the desert valley floor where it was hot and dry all day.

So I'm guessing there are plenty of rocks around to help secure the guy lines and stakes, so it's only a matter of remembering, not a matter of astounding magical technical acumen to get the thing secure?
