Started off a little late but couldn't get out of work the day before. Got off work at 10:00pm the night before, went to sleep at approx 11:00pm. Woke up at 2:45am got ready and picked up my Brother in Law at 3:30am and then picked up his Brother in Law shortly after. Finally, we were on our way. We arrived at the portal at 6:30am and started our hike. Met a bunch of great people on the way. I especially love seeing the younger kids up there (11 year old boy with his father and a 19 year old cross country runner). Can't wait for mine to get a little older.
All in all, awesome day on the trail.
Well, time to go back to work.
