We just got down from MR Wed. The storm drove us off. There are only patches of snow between LBSL and Iceberg. No need for snow shoes, water is running great up till UBSL. Iceberg is still frozen. The chute is full of snow till the last couple hundred feet then it turns into the slate (which was really slippery considering it was snowing pretty good when we got up there.) We turned around 700' from the summit. It was freezing rain or snowing till Lower boyscout lake.. below that we got rained on. No need for snow shoes, and the snow is really soft during the day so an early start is advised.
