Hey Lynn,
Sports Chalet and I am sure REI has duct tape especially for backpacking...meaning that it doesn't have the cardboard roll that adds extra weight and volume.
I also didn't bring medical tape as I figured that the duct tape could double duty.
If I remember any more details I'll definitely post them.
