Hi, I got my permit email of 8/9

On file mentioned wag bag pickup. "Human waste pack out kits are available at the trailhead and at the roadside kiosk located near the Eastern Sierra Visitor Center."

Anybody can confirm whether the bags are available at the Whitney Portal trailhead and the exact location?
