Good Day Whitney Zone Family,
This is my first post on this forum, despite obsessively being a reader for the past year. I am just reaching out to inquire whether anyone has a day-hike permit for Whitney that they will not be using between October 13-15 for a group of two. We have been unable to win the lottery for the last 2 years, however we still plan on driving into Lone Pine to try to get permits into Whitney/other trails in the range. We would be happy to purchase a permit from anyone who has one, and would be more-than-willing to negotiate on a price.
Please message me if anyone is interested. We plan on checking the permit website every hour until we arrive into Lone Pine (dedication for the climb lol),but would greatly appreciate any help this great community can provide to us. Thanks for everything!
