I solo hiked 9th-10th and while avoiding water not realistic right now, maneuvering around and/or over via rocks/logs, etc. is doable with minimal water penetration - with hiking poles for proper balance. Water, snow and ice at places along trail as advertised throughout this forum. But if you stop, look, assess beforehand you should be fine. Even with all the reading and seeing pics here, it was still quite amazing to see first hand. Note, some rocks are slippery while others are not? It was very warm/hot all the way until turning the corner at trail crest where it meets the JMT at which time it felt like a mild artic blast of cold air for the remainder of the journey.
