let's be scientific here
has anyone actually opened those abandoned wagbags to see if they are:
(1) unused, dumped, unintentional - unlikely so many.
(2) unused, dumped, intentional
(3) dumped and dumped?
I will be there in September coming from up the south and west, but I did not say I was volunteering to be the detective for #3.
