Went up the Meysan Lakes trail on Sunday (6/7/15). Trail is in great shape; no obstacles, and sadly, no snow. Due to my late start, I only made up up past Grass and Camp Lakes, but it was still a great hike. Best part of it - no people. If you're interested in learning more about it, or seeing some pretty photos, the link is below. As I say, it's always a great alternative - or better than the main Whitney trail.
