That's how it starts! I read the "TR." How awesome! Hiking with the kids is always a blast. Every step leads to fascination of the wilderness and every accomplishment is just a little bit bigger when they're there. My oldest is 5 1/2 and we've been hiking and camping with her since she was 5 weeks old. She's hoping this summer for a "daddy date" backpacking trip.
