Thanks! I have no doubt that I would have made it all the way but I didn't feel comfortable leaving her behind.

I just kept thinking "what if I get back at 8, exhausted, and there is no sign of her anywhere?!"

I made the right choice letting the rest of my group go ahead and me stay back with her.

Half dome will always be there.
