Yeah! Win win for everyone. The Rangers in the office will be helping only people who choose to be there. They do an important job on the front line educating and helping people and they shouldn't be wasting their time on me either. Can't wait to cash in my miles, do I get a free coffee mug? Maybe Burchey will even get one of those permit things.
