Some people say even if you don't have the experience there's a high chance you can make it to the top, others make it seem like a death trap to attempt in late May. Need some input.
You need experience when you screw up. If nothing goes wrong, you don't need to know anything about an axe or crampons.
999 out 1,000 will not have a problem going up this mountain. However, if you screw up at the wrong time, it will not be pretty.
