Mt Whitney Zone Forums General Discussion Expected Trail Conditions

PRELUDE:

We were unsuccessful in obtaining a day pass for the Whitney Zone this year for August . However, we are looking to snag 2 passes for the beginning of June when other reservations become available on April 1st .

QUESTION:

With the seemingly light winter so far this year, we wanted opinions as to the expected conditions of the main trail (From Whitney Portal) in June - more so towards the beginning.
