Inyo N.F. web site. However, searching the web, I found this phone number, 760-387-2797 associated with "Onion Valley Pack Station". It is the same as that listed for the Pine Creek Pack Station on the Inyo list. I'd call that number and ask.
And just so you know, caching resupplies in bear boxes in the wilderness is against the rules. It may be done, but rangers (or other hikers) could remove your cache.
