Look at the rise of that crossing. Most truckers probably notice and stay away, but sheesh, it would seem like after half a dozen high-center problems, they might think about regrading the roads to prevent high-centering vehicles.

Not sure how many of you ride bicycles to stay fit. I have no mountains here, so cycling is my cardio thing (when my arm is not in a cast like right now ). Tour de France soon back on, and everyone will talk about how super-human these modern athletes are. Well, are they? Here's a reconstruction video of a classic 1910 stage which today would never make it on the schedule (TV needs daylight I guess...). Just amazing when you consider they did that 100 years ago, before electrolyte drinks and support vehicles, domestiques, etc...
