It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves. ... to myself: breathe, drink and keep going. Leading 10 people including my son was the greatest accomplishment that I ever done in my life.

Thanks for posting this!! I'll be leading a group a week from Friday and this was the only section that was getting me a little worried. From the looks of it, we'll be just fine. Congrats on the summit!
