The ebb and flow of this game is a mystery.

Pretty dodgy clues there, Alan. I suppose you'll try to sell us the bridge next.

Re: CVIII.
Popped up over the edge after negotiating the Washboard, legs still shaky, but no Starbucks. The fishermen were long gone.

SierraNevada: I think that new avatar brought the whole website down around midday today. You Messed with the Moose!
Another thing:
Paste this next line in -, exchanging [ for { and ] for }
{font:Times New Roman}{b}{color:#FF0000}What In The World Happened Here? CVIII (108):{/color}{/b}{/font}
That makes it clear that it is a new post...

That was darn fast, Wagga. Thought I could lose you for a little while with the twist and turn. I should've known better.

The Starbucks is still there, of course (I swear I see it in the picture). You're just saying you did not purchase anything that day. By the way, don't we have a North = up convention?

If the compass is not in the screen shot, I guess it could be any way around. Reversing the image would be cacky-handed, though.

By the way, don't we have a North = up convention? I missed that convention - I was hiking down south. This particular challenge needed extra disguising tricks since we've all been there. Where's the Starbucks? I'll have to bring my gift card next time.

The summit Starbucks is that speck near the bottom of the picture, about a quarter of the way from the left.
