From Bing Videos: Geminid Meteor Shower Time-Lapse Henry Jun Wah Lee spent several nights camped out under the stars with his camera in Joshua Tree National Park during a recent meteor shower capturing these stunning images! Date: 12/16/11
John, please tell me you're leaving the Bluegrass/Folk music at home this next DV trip. If you bring that stuff again I'm going to counter with Uriah Heep, I swear to God . . .
Hold on a second. Let me see.....No, I don't see that it's National Gang Up On John and Alison Day on my calender.
Alison is a force to be reckoned with. She has won 26 Grammys, making her the most awarded singer, the most awarded female artist, and tied for the third most awarded artist overall in Grammy history. She has worked with artist such as Robert Plant, Sting, and John Waite.
No Gary you don't have to bring any Heep. I've got plenty of Sabbath, Zeppelin, Purple, and Maiden on my MP3. Besides, It seems like the only thing coming out of your MP3 was Barry Manilow and Frankie Avalon.
John, that's a low blow. No Copacabana or Venus on my player, dude, and you know it. I would threaten to torment you during the Vegas-to-DV ride with Brianne's Justin Bieber and Hannah Montana stuff, but you'd probably enjoy it.
Didn't know they had Grammy categories for Inane, Irritating and Unlistenable . . .
It appears that success in this sport requires one to become increasingly bolder.
bolder or boulder?
Anyway, Adam Ondra already has won just about everything there is to "win" in the sport, and he is still very young. The part that is interesting about him is that he's not stuck in one niche of the sport, but constantly looking for new challenges. What he'll do next is the most interesting part about him. There's a related video about the above movie outtake that sheds some light on how much insiders expect him to push the envelope in the coming years, in the words of Alexander Huber http://vimeo.com/33704646
PS - if you have Netflix - do watch this documentary - To the Limit - to know who this Huber dude is, or just to watch one of the coolest climbing movies made in recent years.
