Mt Whitney Zone Forums The Chat Room non-trip report

I tried to get a permit for the North Fork of Lone Pine Creek to get to Lake Tulainyo... but none were available.

Next choice is Mt Tyndall, so a Shepherd's Pass would cover it. Got it.

Now I broke my right foot in a non-heroic event and will have to cancel my trip and return the permit.

Sometimes this is how it goes.

edit: Maybe this should be called a 'trip report'.
