Hey there, I'm trying to determine what I need to do to secure a permit to enter the Whitney portal in March (specifically around the end of the month - March 25). From what I was able to gather after looking at a bunch of sites, it looks like I could potentially get a "walk in" permit at the ranger station. I know conditions will be brutal this time of year, and I'm aware that I will need ice/winter gear, but I'm looking for guidance on the permit info, thanks!
