Does anyone know the size of a standard bear can that they allow you to rent? I fear I may not have enough room in my 40l pack. Are there any alternatives to this method? We plan to camp by consultation lake and leave our packs to summit the next day. I understand the importance of securing our food but thought I'd ask as this forum has been so helpful in the past.
