I had called the number on this website
https://camprrm.com/parks/lone-pine-campground/ which is 760 937 6070 and the voicemail said that the *road* (not campground) will be open 6/17.
The website
https://www.fs.usda.gov/recmain/inyo/recreation shows 6/19 for the campground. So, given the road claims to be open, I'm optimistic that the campground will be open tomorrow as planned.
Still no concrete info on permits though from what I can tell.
