Mt Whitney Zone Forums General Discussion Cleaver Col Russell and Barnard

I'm planning a 4 day trip next week up North Fork and over to Lake Tulainyo, Mt Russell summit, on to Wallace Lake and Mt Barnard summit. I seemed to recall a good write up on the route up to the Cleaver and over the ridge but cant seem to find it now. Any info on the north rib route to Russell would be appreciated. We plan on doing the "easy" route up Barnard from below the lake. Is the citadel on Barnard easy to find?
