I dayhiked Mount Langley via New Army Pass. The pass is not fully clear - there is cornice and loose snow right at the rim. There was a path through snow and rocks with minimal exposure that made it easy. I took a look down Old Army Pass from the top and it looked a bit dicey but I understand there were some hikers who used this route today. There was sporadic wet snow toward the top but nothing created any issues.
