This was very helpful so FYI....I tried following the path southbound on Google Earth. I could pick out bits and pieces as the trail climbed above Golden Bear Lake and then to the ridgeline west of lakes 3592 and 3685 and to the pass itself and a little bit of the descent before it gets steep. Then I lost it until the Pothole area/Shepherd Pass. Harvey
