Steve C - perhaps you can create a new thread for the Mt Rose discussion to keep the thread on topic, which is an important one for those dealing with heart disease. Ideally, others with it will post their experiences about living with heart disease and hiking/mountaineering without having to wade thru extraneous topics, as interesting as they are!
