Sure!
Most people that we saw take the creek drainage up left a few hundred feet after the water crossing on the rock steps, and before trailside meadow. It is essentially the first large snowfield that you see and is very hard to miss if you know it is there. There is a well worn path in the snow that is visible and leads right up to the trail.
When descending you essentially descend to Consulation Lake via a path through the snow and along the side of a small creek. From here the trail through the creek drainage is very easy to follow.
