I have a bachelor party in Vegas weekend around June 8. As a state highpoint guy i obviously immediately started thinking of bagging Boundary Peak & Mt Whitney. I always seem to have bad luck in June weather wise so wondering what it'll look like around this time and if it worth giving it a go. Would we be talking ice ax and crampons at this point above a certain line? I guess we won't know until closer but obviously with lottery process have to start planning now.
