My son early enlisted as soon as he turned 17 and will be shipping to Boot as soon as he graduates in the summer (graduation is 6/10/15 and his ship date is 6/22/15). He will be carrying on a long tradition of proud military service in our family and will be the second generation of Marine (two of his Uncles served in the Marines).
