That's what I've always said, if you want to hike Mt. Whitney and you are flexible you will reach the summit. The more skills, fitness and gear you possess the better your chances.
I have never played the Whitney Lottery and never will.
I have found the more rules someone makes, the more someone is going to look for ways around those rules.
