I have an ultralight baking set up that I use. I've done fresh muffins, small cakes, cornbread, etc. It's pretty fun to have hot, fresh-baked goods on the trail. smile





I use a 1.3 liter titanium pot as a sort of Dutch oven along with a 5" aluminum baking pan. I did a write up on it if you're interested.
