Mt Whitney Zone Forums General Discussion High Sierra Hiatus: A Day on the John Muir Trail

Thanks guys, I tried to capture what backpacking's about for a lot of people including me. Awesome coincidence SierraNevada! I ended up taking a little bird-bath in the creek. And yeah the "cowboy camping" phrase I picked up on my first JMT hike by PCTers, funny phrase but I guess it's somewhat common.
