Thanks for the report, Glenn. I hope it inspires some other our forum folks to consider going to the Andes. Multiple Whitney summiteers ought to be in good enough shape to try some Andean peaks.
Yes, the local highland people are great folks; very welcoming to Norte Americanos. And not just for our money, either; it's just the way they are.
