Mt Whitney Zone Forums General Discussion Onion Valley to Whitney Portal Snow/Ice conditions?

We have a group of us packing from Onion Valley June 30, summiting Whitney July 4 exiting the Portal July 5.

Does anyone have trail conditions for the passes? I am trying to avoid bringing snow/ice gear if possible.
