I have not really been able to address this circulation problem very successfully, because 1)those who have witnessed it (my hands turn blue at seemingly high temps) become excessively alarmed and overreact 2) the docs have "simply" stated "than don't do that" ("that" being the thing I love to do: hike/camp 4-season)

The reaction was the same dismissive attitude for years, when it came to my issues with AMS, and than along came Diamox and Alice's Looking glass was opened for me, too. I was persistant and pushed, until finally a doctor friend gave me the biggest bottle of diamox as a birthday present.(I have so much of stuff that I will probably have to mention it in a living will)
