Mt Whitney Zone Forums General Discussion Anyone done Rim-Rim-Rim in Grand Canyon?

I saw a video on a trail site. It was of two guys that did Rim to Rim to Rim in one day from the the south rim. The last climb to the south rim was brutal. Good luck and watch out for the BS!
