well, wazzu is just so cool. I truly love and appreciate this woman. I've hiked with her several times and there is not chance you could find a better friend, a more caring person than this. I only wish I had hiked with her more.
wazzu called me last night while I was on a DATE!!!! I stopped everything ;-).....Imagine how honored I was to get the call from Barbara. She knows how much I cared about her summit, how I wanted her to have the same experiences Gary and I had when we summited. I knew she would make it, but the waiting was a bit difficult. She said she had a fantastic time, great weather and met new friends......and that last part is what make the Whitney experience so special.
I know wazzu's gonna thank everyone, but as her friend, I want to thank you for wishing her well. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE TR!!!!!!!
