Mt Whitney Zone Forums Trip Reports Yes....we crossed the Ebersbacher Ledges!!!!!

The elephant ear spot is not as narrow as other areas. But it is on the north-side route, where you skip crossing to the south side of the N.F. Lone Pine creek and back again.

The ledge is a little narrower than the worst E.L. spot, but it is clean and easy to walk on.
