As a follow up to my first post.....And now it seems a young man has drowned in the San Gabriel River.
Man Swept into San Gabriel River He was using a rope to help him cross and fell into the extremely fast moving water. After my hike a few weeks ago into the same area, I don't know how this doesn't happen every weekend. Prayers for the victim and his family.
